As Aviation Partnership Philippines continues to rise up with a vision of becoming the home of world class total aircraft maintenance solution in Asia-Pacific, innovation and technology are also being welcomed in this modern era of a fast-paced industry.
Under the leadership of our General Manager, Mr. Akbar Ali, the immersion of the Core Innovation Team took place on September 2016. Core Innovation Team or also known as CIT has a functional authority in ensuring an efficient and productive Line and Base Maintenance operations to sustain organizational business continuity and create opportunities through innovation and project development.
In a span of 1 year and 7 months of engagement, CIT has delivered a number of projects involving the Kaizen Program, ESTHER, Lean thinking, Wheel Well Steps and ongoing projects such as Digital Task Cards, Automated Wheel Dolly, and Enhanced Expansion Program for Paint and Battery Shop. To reach a common objective and goal towards sustained company growth, cost savings, innovation and process improvement, new capabilities, Quality and Safety Initiatives, the top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top approach involving all employees together with the Management Team have bridged us to greater results.
