Looking back from how we started in 2005 with less than 214 employees and 3 customer, our manpower strength has grown to 778 as of this year, handling more than 350 flights a day, and 25 airline customers with Cebu Pacific Air being our main partner in the business.
The one-stop Line Maintenance includes Line Checks up to ‘A’ Check, Out of Phase Checks,1,2 and 3 Year Checks, Engine Change, ATR Landing Gear Change, Structural Repair, full NDT Capabilities, Cabin Sweep, Repair and Refurbishment Program, Erosion Prevention Program, Composite and Hot Bonding Repair, Boroblending, Global AOG Recovery, and so on. We have also expanded our Shop Services to Battery Services, Wheels and Brakes Services, Cabin, Sheet Metal and Composite Shop, Calibration Shop, Paint Shop, Warehousing and Logistics Services. Our own A+ Technical Training Center (ATTC) conducts Level 3 Training Skills Training, Modular Training and CAPE Program for our new Aviation graduates.
Our operating environment is expected to change dramatically over the coming years. Technological changes are not only inevitable, but expected. As more airplanes are coming the next 5 years, we anticipate then challenges ahead of us. The Digital Task Cards, GPS System, Mechanics Anywhere, Major Maintenance Capabilities in our new hangar and increasing growth in Cabin and Composite work are some of the exciting projects that we can look forward to. This will transform Aviation Partnership Philippines into the next level of creating a robust operating platform that can deliver consistent growth in any market.
